The mission statement of the "For Her Glory" fund is to preserve the dignity, self esteem and sense of well-being of cancer survivors who need wigs, prostheses, mastectomy bras or other items as a result of chemically induced baldness or a mastectomy. The "For Her Glory" fund seeks to help restore the quality of life for those cancer survivors who cannot financially secure these products through other resources. Eligibility Criteria- Individual does not have insurance
- Insurance will not pay for needed items
- Individual is economically deprived
Referral Process
Requests must be referred by a doctor of oncology or other health care professional who confirms eligibility requirements have been met.
